Abstract

The current study aims to introduce the concept of agile manufacturing and its foundations, focus on the role of agile industrialization in the reality of industry, as it achieves important essential advantages that contribute to preparing for the establishment of an efficient and efficient manufacturing system that enhances the competitive position of the organization, and to determine the possibility of establishing the pillars of the agile manufacturing system in the Mosul Dairy Factory, As the dairy industry in Iraq in general and the Mosul dairy factory in particular suffer from weak competition in the local market compared to imported products for many reasons, including the presence of waste resulting from the increase in unjustified costs as well as the lack of optimal utilization of the available capacities, the study hypotheses have been tested by a group Among the statistical methods and by using (SPSS), where a questionnaire was used as a main tool to collect the necessary data and information from the study sample supported by a number of personal interviews. Researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was that the Lean Manufacturing System has many pillars that work in a coherent and integrated manner towards Eliminate waste (unnecessary costs), and this enables industrial organizations to support their products to compete with commodities A prophet in terms of cost, as the researcher recommended the necessity of disseminating the philosophy of eliminating waste among the individuals working in the laboratory in question. In this regard, the researcher suggests the formation of a permanent committee in the laboratory whose task is to search for all forms of waste continuously and at all administrative levels and then remove them to achieve related outputs, great value, and zero waste.
